Welcome to Bear Creek Oaks, a beautiful and peaceful community nestled in the Texas Hill Country. Our neighborhood is known for its spacious lots, natural surroundings, and strong sense of community. The Bear Creek Oaks Property Owners Association (BCOPOA) is an active, self-managed association dedicated to preserving the beauty, safety, and value of our neighborhood. We work together to maintain shared standards, protect property values, and ensure that Bear Creek Oaks remains a wonderful place to live.
Bear Creek Oaks offers a rural setting with the convenience of nearby city amenities. Residents enjoy quiet country living, natural wildlife, and friendly neighbors who take pride in their properties. Our Property Owners Association provides guidance and oversight through our Board of Directors, Architectural Review Committee, and several volunteer-led initiatives that support landscaping, community engagement, and neighborhood improvement.
All new construction, additions, and exterior improvements must be preapproved by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) to ensure compliance with our deed restrictions and to preserve the community’s character. You can learn more and find submission forms under our Architectural Review section of our Documents page.
We encourage all property owners to share their current contact information with the Association.
You can send your details by email to thebcopoa@gmail.com or through our Contact Form on this website.
